Hi, I'm Mike!
I'm a husband, Dad, wanna be golfer and a serial goal-setter. I never let a whiteboard go to waste - check out Whiteboard Wednesday for proof.
I spend my day helping business leaders and founders find clarity, stop second-guessing the work they do, and take the next logical step by empowering them to make fearless decisions.
I also spend time working directly with individuals who are contemplating "what's next" and who are looking for guidance and coaching while making life changes. Many times we use the G.A.M.E. Plan to create focus and take action.
I have worked with and in high growth tech companies over the past 22+ years as an individual contributor and leader.
