To build your G.A.M.E. Plan, you need focus and clarity. Follow these steps to get you there.

Beyond the Trailhead
Clarity + Focus = Better Execution
Ever set a goal and then find yourself pulled off the trail by distractions, detours, or fatigue? You’re not alone. Execution is tough because life tends to get noisy. But clarity and focus can make the path much easier to follow.
Systems beat goals. Goals point you toward the summit, but systems keep your boots moving on the trail. When you design a system, you create built-in clarity, focus, and accountability.
That’s where the G.A.M.E. Plan comes in:
Goal: Define it clearly. Instead of “I want to lose weight,” say, “I want to lost 15 lbs of body fat.” Be specific.
Actions: Identify the 2 - 3 actions that will move you forward. Example: eat better fuel, move daily, recover with sleep.
Metrics: Track the right data so you know both that you’re doing the work and that the work is working.
Execution: Stick to your plan. If the work isn’t moving you toward the goal, adjust.

With this system, you’re not left wondering what to prioritize. If something comes up that doesn’t align with your actions, the choice becomes clear.
Don’t stop at the goal - map a system that will get you there. Then walk it, one step at a time.
