We started this newsletter because we kept meeting people who were overwhelmed with ideas, tasks, and expectations—and unsure which step to take next. Leaders. Leaders of self. Founders. Family business owners. Seekers.

We want this space to feel different. A place to pause, think clearly, and move forward intentionally.
Why the trail theme?
Nature has become our family’s reset button. Whether it’s the calm of the mountains, the rhythm of the ocean, or the smell of pine on a trail, it reminds us we’re part of something bigger.
The same is true in business and leadership. Everything is connected. Leadership, operations, revenue, execution—they’re all part of one ecosystem. When one part gets out of balance, the whole thing feels off.
So we built this newsletter like a trail map: a basecamp where you can slow down, get oriented, and choose your next step.
